Here at Connect2Change we aim to create a calm welcoming space for you to pause, reflect and work to better manage what’s painful in life, as well as strengthen what is working well.

Our Approach
Life can feel so hectic at times... We’re often trying to juggle the many external roles we hold, yet at the same time struggling with distressing internal feelings, thoughts and memories.
Here at Connect2Change we aim to create a calm welcoming space for you to pause, reflect and work to better manage what’s painful in life, as well as strengthen what is working well.
What kind of person do you want to be? What’s the stuff that’s getting in the way? How do you want to treat yourself? Your body? Other people?
With over 20 years experience in both public and private mental health settings, Judy Poll (she/her) principal psychologist at Connect2Change, will expertly guide you in unpacking things that have happened in the past, as well as reflect upon what’s happening right now. She will also be very practical in sessions, coaching you through creating steps, plans, and goals that lead you towards being that person you want to be.
Judy (she/her) likes to be playful and active when she works towards your goals - she doesn’t just talk, but also works experientially, practising techniques physically in the room, and draws upon your shared creativity to find new ways of seeing yourself and your thoughts/feelings.
Life is not about finding yourself, its about creating yourselfLife is not about finding yourself, its about creating yourself
